UncategorizedWomen’s March under fire for anti-Semitism

The Women’s March has defined themselves as a unifying force against President Trump, but it seems like they’re not so unified these days.

Support for the 2019 march has dropped following accusations that the leaders of the march have been propagating an anti-Semitic agenda.

According to the Daily Caller:

Women’s March co-founder Tamika Mallory has attended and applauded rallies led by the notoriously anti-Semitic Louis Farrakhan. Activist Linda Sarsour, a Palestinian and fellow leader of the Women’s March, also supports Farrakhan and has been accused of sharing many anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic beliefs.

Another well-publicized leader, Carmen Perez, allegedly also told a Jewish member of the official Women’s March group that, “Jewish people bore a special collective responsibility as exploiters of black and brown people.”

Jewish groups, and especially Jewish women’s groups, aren’t thrilled with the Women’s March for not distancing the events from the founders, and marches have been canceled across the country, some due to low registration.
