Elon Musk’s SpaceX announced it is slashing 10% of its workforce, another blow for Musk’s companies.

Musk hasn’t had an easy go of it recently, getting in hot water with the SEC, who took unprecedented action against him for his Twitter missives about taking Tesla private.

Also, Musk’s company Tesla’s shares recently tanked following reports of extremely bad sales in China. This is especially noteworthy given the recent development that China is offering Musk permanent residency.

Breitbart reports that “getting a Chinese ‘green card’ has been described as ‘one of the most difficult tasks in the world.’”

The Silicon Valley Business Journal explains:

“China offers a limited number of green cards each year to foreigners who meet a rigorous set of requirements. Executives like Musk, who invest directly in the Chinese economy, can get fast-tracked through the process. Musk currently holds triple citizenship: in South Africa, where he was born, as well as Canada and the U.S.”

Certainly seems to be one more mark against Musk and his far-left ilk in Silicon Valley.
